Ray Pierce, uncle of Nancy Blackwell.  Nancy says, "I still have a Christmas postcard that he sent to my mother and brother while he served overseas.  The return address on the card says 'somewhere in France'.  He died in 1947 and is buried at McCrea's Chapel Cemetery in Big Sandy."
